My Current Project: Orion Haus
Orion Haus is the next generation of flexible living in multifamily housing. Orion Haus partners with multifamily real estate owners to transform their properties into homesharing optimized communities.
Residents can earn additional income by subletting their apartments when they travel and Building Owners collect a commission on that revenue. Because of the financial benefit to the Resident, the Building Owner can expect to see increased demand and reduced Resident turnover, resulting in higher occupancy rates and higher rents.
About Me
As an entrepreneur, I spent the last 20 years ideating, creating and building businesses across various industries including Fashion, Beverages, Travel, Hospitality and Real Estate. Originally from the Midwest, I spent 15 years between New York and San Francisco and the last 5 based in Miami.
After leaving high school and college early, I started my career in fashion where I would create and built brands that would be sold all over the world. Following 7 years in Fashion, I launched multiple beverage companies in both craft beer and wine, where I wrote my first patents for IOT-connected consumer devices. The beverage industry lead to opportunities in travel, hospitality, and real estate - where I am today. In 2015, I started working on a new category of Residential Hospitality which has come to life in communities like Niido Orlando, Niido Nashville, Natiivo Miami, & Natiivo Austin. This new model allows residents to earn extra income through home sharing - easily, legally and profitably.
Though I am naturally interested in all aspects of business, I am extremely passionate about about real estate, innovation, sustainability and people.
